Where it starts

Before you hit Generate.

Just tell us where you're headed, when, for how long, who's coming, and roughly what a day should cost, that's genuinely it. Five taps, not a form to fill out. From those few answers, we build everything else, so your dream trip goes from idle thought to a real plan in minutes.

Not just one city

Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka. One plan.

Dreaming bigger than one city? Add every stop your trip deserves. Each destination gets its own days, hotels, and budget, all woven into a single, beautiful itinerary, so you're never left stitching three separate plans together yourself.

Not another AI itinerary

Your next trip, planned like someone who's actually been there.

This isn't another AI daydream. Every hotel, price, and stop you see below is checked before a single word is written, never guessed afterward just to sound convincing. What's shown here is genuinely Day 1 of a real Kyoto trip Triplaro generated, nothing staged, nothing invented.

Checked, not guessed

Every price is checked before a word gets written.

Hotel tiers, food costs, transport, all checked against real destination data before they ever land on your screen. A confirmed price earns a proud little checkmark, and an honest estimate is labeled exactly as that, never quietly dressed up to look more certain than it is.

Every name is real

If it's in the plan, it exists — and it's open.

Every landmark, café, and hotel earns its spot in your plan the hard way, checked against a live map first. Does it exist, is it really in that city, is it actually open at the hour we say it is? Unless the answer is yes on every count, it simply doesn't make the cut.

Beyond the itinerary

The boring stuff, sorted before you land.

Where to stay, how to get around, a SIM that actually works, what to pack, what to book early, it's all sorted and waiting in one simple tab. No more scrambling across six different browser tabs the night before your flight, just everything you need, ready when you are.

Day 1 of 5
1
Temples at Dawn, Nishiki at Dusk

Start before the tour groups arrive. Fushimi Inari at 6:30am is a different shrine entirely, just you, thousands of vermilion torii gates, and the sound of birds settling into the cedar forest overhead. The full summit trail runs about ninety minutes up through the gates, past smaller sub-shrines tucked into the hillside where locals still leave offerings of sake and folded paper, worth every step of the climb while the light is still low and gold. Most visitors never make it past the first thousand gates near the entrance, so the crowds thin out fast once the path starts climbing, and by the halfway point at Yotsutsuji intersection the view back over Kyoto is worth the pause before pushing on to the summit or turning back down. The way down is faster than the way up, twenty minutes or so if the knees cooperate, and there's a small teahouse near the fourth station selling hot udon to hikers who skipped breakfast for an early start.

One JR stop south, Tofuku-ji is open by 9am, and its moss-and-gravel gardens are worth the entry fee alone, especially the Zen rock garden at Hojo Hall, raked into patterns that shift subtly with the season, almost nobody around this early to disturb the stillness. The temple's wooden Tsutenkyo bridge, usually swamped with autumn-foliage crowds from November onward, is empty enough at this hour to actually stand still on it and look down at the ravine below without getting jostled from either side. From there, head back into the city centre for breakfast at Inoda Coffee on Sanjo, a Kyoto institution since 1940 that still serves coffee the old-fashioned way, pre-sweetened unless requested otherwise, alongside a simple egg sandwich locals have been ordering for decades, in a room that looks like it hasn't changed a single fixture since it opened, because it never needed to.

into Gion's quiet backstreets, then on to Kiyomizu-dera as the crowds start to thin before sunset. Dinner belongs at Menbakaichidai for the fire ramen, book two days ahead, they seat six at a time. Walk back through the Pontocho alleys after, lantern light over the river, the kind of evening that makes people push the flight home back a day.

Why Triplaro exists

Built by a traveller, for travellers

I got tired of opening 30 tabs just to plan a trip and still feeling like I had no idea what I was doing. Cross-referencing blogs, Reddit threads, YouTube videos, just to end up with a messy notes doc and zero confidence.

There had to be a faster way.

So I built Triplaro. Answer five questions about your budget, travel style, and who you're with. In about 1 minute per day of your trip, you get a real day-by-day plan, actual hotels, local restaurants, walkable routes, and prices that match 2026. Not copy-pasted itineraries. Not tourist traps. Not outdated guides written for an algorithm.

Every plan is built for your trip, not from a template. The kind of plan a well-travelled friend would write for you, specific streets, honest opinions, and no filler.

No endless research. No guesswork. No tabs.

Just your trip, ready to go.

The Triplaro team

Common questions

Straight answers

Who actually writes these plans?
Claude (Anthropic's AI) generates each itinerary fresh when you hit Generate, not a template, not a copy-paste from a blog. It knows real streets, current opening hours, price ranges, and which attractions are tourist traps vs. worth it. We prompt it to write the way a well-travelled friend would: specific, honest, no filler. Every plan is built from scratch for your destination, budget, travel style, and group.
Can I trust the prices?
The budget estimates are calibrated to 2025–2026 pricing and updated regularly. They're realistic averages, not rock-bottom backpacker prices, not luxury assumptions unless you select that tier. The budget breakdown shows exactly what each category costs so you can adjust. That said: prices vary by season and availability, so treat the budget as a reliable ballpark, not a booking guarantee.
What if the plan isn't good?
That's exactly why we give you 2 free previews before you pay a cent, so you can see the quality before committing. If after unlocking a full plan you feel it genuinely missed the mark, email us at [email protected]. We read everything and will make it right.
Does it work for less popular destinations?
Yes. The AI has solid knowledge of hundreds of destinations worldwide, not limited to top-10 lists. We've had plans built for Tbilisi, Kotor, Chiang Rai, and remote national parks. If you type in a destination and it generates, the plan will be real and specific. If a destination is genuinely obscure, the free Day 1 preview will show you the quality before you pay anything.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged again?
Never. Every purchase is one-time. The $0.99 preview pack gives you 5 previews and that's it, no renewal. The $1.99 full plan unlocks that specific plan permanently. We will never charge your card without you explicitly clicking a payment button. No trials that auto-convert. No hidden recurring fees.
What does a "full plan" actually include?
A complete day-by-day itinerary for every day of your trip (not just Day 1), hotel recommendations for each night with budget context, 2–3 restaurant picks per day with what to order, a budget breakdown by category, local tips on getting a SIM card and getting around, things to book in advance, free things to do, and a packing list tailored to your destination and travel style.
